The business ran on about fifteen spreadsheets, plus a separate CRM, a finance system and payroll on its own platform. Christina spent a big part of every month moving data between them. It just about worked while the company was small, but it was growing fast.

The problem
Afrishore handles cargo, port calls, crew travel and immigration for offshore projects, from five offices. A local agency had already been paid to build them bespoke software, and it delivered nothing they could use. Monday.com worked for a while, then the business outgrew it and money leaked through costs that never got logged or invoiced.
What we built
A working prototype in a week, so the team could click through it before committing. Then one system for crew, cargo and costs, where every expense is logged the moment it happens and the markup lands on the client’s invoice. It all connects straight to Xero.

Revenue grew 22% in a year with only one new hire. Admin dropped by about 30%, reporting accuracy rose above 95%, and the whole team uses it every day, from the youngest staff to the most hesitant.

The problem
Horsleys makes and supplies cabin products for airlines like British Airways, easyJet and KLM. Stock planning lived in one huge Excel workbook, typed in by hand from their ERP and from every invoice. Only the managing director could keep it up, at six or seven hours a week, and one wrong digit could mean serious overstock.
What we built
First, one small automation joining two of their systems. Then a stock app, live in 3 weeks, that pulls from their ERP on its own and shows stock, lead times and forecasts up to six months out on one screen.
